GQBet Casino Bonus Winnings and Cashout Conditions
Introduction
This page sets out the bonus-terms that apply to promotional offers available on GQBet Casino and explains how individual promotion rules interact with these general conditions. Where a specific promotion provides verified terms that differ from these general rules, the promotion terms will take priority for that offer.
Key Bonus Conditions
- Eligibility - Players must meet the account, age and payment requirements listed under Eligibility and Participation before claiming a bonus.
- Minimum qualifying deposit - Common minimum: £20 for deposit-based offers unless the specific promotion states a different threshold.
- Wagering - Standard wagering for welcome bonuses: 35x applied to the bonus amount; free-spin winnings are subject to the same 35x playthrough unless the offer specifies otherwise.
- Maximum permitted bet during wagering - £5 per spin or equivalent stake while a bonus is active.
- Expiry - Most welcome bonuses expire 30 days from credit; free spins typically expire 7 days from credit. See each promotion for exact deadlines.
- Maximum cashout - Where stated, bonus withdrawals may be limited (for example, a maximum bonus withdrawal of £1,500 applies to the welcome offer).
Eligibility and Participation
To participate in promotions you must hold a verified GQBet Casino account, be at least 18 years old, and complete any required KYC verification before the first withdrawal. Only one account per person or household is permitted; duplicate accounts may be suspended and funds forfeited. Third-party payment methods are not allowed for deposits where such use would breach the payment terms of a promotion. Certain payment methods may be excluded from specific offers.

Wagering Requirements and Balance Rules
Wagering multipliers apply to the bonus amount as stated in the relevant promotion. For the standard welcome bonus the wagering requirement is 35x and applies only to the credited bonus balance. Free-spin winnings are also subject to the applicable wagering multiplier (35x for the welcome offer). Maximum bet while wagering is £5 per spin or equivalent stake. Bonus funds generally cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. Example: a £750 bonus at 35x requires £26,250 in total wagers on contributing games before bonus funds become withdrawable (labelled as an example only).
Game Contributions and Exclusions
Different game types contribute to wagering at different rates. The verified contribution rates are set out below. Certain games or providers may be excluded from specific promotions; excluded games will be stated in the promotion terms.
| Game type | Contribution to wagering |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Table games | 20% |
| Live casino | 5% |
Payment-method exclusions: Skrill and Neteller are excluded from the welcome bonus. The bonus may be locked to the original payment method until wagering is completed.
Bonus Expiry and Cancellation
Activation and play deadlines differ by promotion. Verified deadlines: welcome bonuses and credited bonus funds must be used within 30 days of credit; free spins generally expire 7 days after credit. Unused bonus funds and free spins are forfeited at expiry. Promotions may be cancelled or withdrawn according to the promotion terms; bonus abuse or breach of the rules may result in cancellation and forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.
Withdrawals and Maximum Cashout
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Where a maximum cashout applies to a bonus, it will be stated in the promotion terms (for example, a maximum bonus withdrawal of £1,500 applies to the welcome bonus). KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. Standard account withdrawal limits and compliance reviews may apply; high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and processing times as set out in the account terms.
Restricted Conduct and Complaints
Prohibited conduct includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion (duplicate accounts result in suspension and forfeiture), using third-party payment methods, and abusing bonus terms. Bonus abuse or manipulation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Complaints and queries about a promotion should be raised via GQBet Casino customer support channels listed in the account Help Centre; support will investigate and respond using the established support procedures.
